It was a cold winter evening. Someone yelled, "It looks like a Blue Northern coming in!" I picked up my banjo. I thought, "Blue Northern, that sounds like a good song." I wrote for a few minutes and came up with the song, Blue Northern. I got hooked on writing! That-was a long time ago!
