I was just thinking. Have you ever wondered how you got from one point in your life to another? I have. I've wondered several times, as a matter of fact. Like I said, "I have seen some miracles. Well, that's a story for another day.
Back to that song I wrote, (Blue Northern). That's not the only song I wrote. I used to sit on the hay trailer and strum my banjo. That was after I got the kids off to school and my work was done. The kids had a white goat. We called him Ghost. While I sat on the trailer, strumming the banjo and writing songs, Ghost would jump up beside me, lie down and be my best fan!! So, I just kept writing.
I wrote a song and titled it, (Easy Little Penny). (Easy Little Penny) was a song about a young girl getting taken away. When I decided to write my first novel, I used the story of (Easy Little Penny). Later, I wrote a poem, (Like a Panther in the Night). Well, that sounded like a better title for the novel than (Easy Little Penny), because the kidnapper came like a panther in the night. I added some more lines to the poem, put it to music and had a title song for my book.
